Big projects, examined at ground level.

We track schedule, scope, construction and policy — separating an announced vision from a buildable destination.

How we read a project

Four tests beyond the rendering.

1. Regulatory certainty

A licence, implementation agreement and operating rules are different milestones. We identify which one a project has actually reached.

2. Funded construction

We distinguish land preparation, foundation work, structural progress and interior fit-out. A groundbreaking ceremony is a signal, not a completed financing plan.

3. Destination mix

The most resilient integrated resorts combine rooms, meetings, entertainment, dining, retail and public infrastructure. Gaming area alone does not explain destination economics.

4. Opening language

“Expected,” “scheduled,” and “will open” carry different levels of confidence. Our copy retains the source’s degree of certainty and dates every status check.
